At Pelican Phone Cases, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your case doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the phone case in its original retail box and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
